healthcare industry. We are excited to introduce the 247 Diagnostic Station from SunTech

Medical

. SunTech has a 20-year history of research in blood pressure technology, and

their pragmatic approach to blood pressure measurement was a good match with the

common-sense approach we bring to our customers.

The new SunTech 247 Diagnostic Station combines the efficiency of an automated

monitor with the convenience of a manual mode that allows the clinician to take a

BP reading with a stethoscope whenever needed. Also, the 247 diagnostic station

is fully modular; you can start with BP monitoring only, then add SpO

monitoring,

or patient temperature or both.

In healthcare settings, the time-saving efficiency of an automated reading is

highly desirable. However, there are patient conditions (arrhythmia), patient

groups (pediatrics), and environments (moving vehicles) where automated

monitors do not always function well.

In these situations, having a manual

mode built into the automated device is eminently practical.
